Over the last 5 years we have carried out more than 75,000 VALUATIONS, 65% of which were carried out in Portugal, and the remainder abroad, mainly in Romania.
We have been providing VALUATION services since 1997, covering all types of properties, from the simplest VALUATIONs - apartments, houses, shops, etc. - to the most elaborate VALUATIONs - rural properties, allotments, buildings, etc. - also including VALUATIONs considered as special - buildings with very specific uses (barracks, hospitals, etc.), quarries, golf courses, hotels, tourist resorts, etc.
