All valuations are preceded by an inspection, where a survey is carried out to all the characteristics of the property and surroundings that may influence the Market Value to be determined, namely, the type of construction, type of finishing, the general conditions of the property, its layout, the urban and scenic environment, etc.
Valuations can be delivered in physical (hard-copy) or digital (via e-mail) media as an Valuation report.
All valuations are internally controlled with regard to the criteria used, market examples and values assigned, so that the final product is homogeneous and of quality.
