We conduct VALUATIONS for expropriation purposes, being able to take responsibility for the entire expropriation process, from the cadastre survey to the VALUATION and final negotiation.

Regulated by Law 168/99, expropriations are the means used by the State to acquire real estate - under the assumption of public utility - required for the construction of large public works, such as roads, dams, railways, airports, etc.

We have an experienced, multidisciplinary team that includes expert valuers, negotiators, topographers and others, which allows us to make expropriation maps and take responsibility for the negotiation stage, in the case of state works.

Our knowledge in this field also allows us to support the owners affected by expropriations, in order to obtain the fair compensation value for the expropriated properties. Our main customers in this area are the Portuguese State, City and Town Councils, public companies, and Owners in general.
